He is survived by: his wife Autumn Joanne Older; and his children, Robert W. "Bill" Lipscomb (late Carol), Mark S. Lipscomb (Ellen), Khrystyne L. Lipscomb-Jacoby (Richard) and Pamela K. "Pam" Smith (Ken). He is also survived by Grandchildren.
