He was predeceased by: his grandson Nickolas. He is survived by: his friend Larry Eberhard; his wife Heather Pike (Wright); his daughters, Taylor "Tator Tot" Pike (Erwin Cole), Cortney "Doodle" Pike and Haylee "Pootie" Pike; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Dakota; his parent Sharon Pike; his parents-in-law, Dan and Phyllis Wright; and his siblings, Jonathan Pike (Jessica) and Sherry Keifer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
