He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cox and L. Marie Ketola (Ryan); his nephew Aaron Cox; and his siblings, Ronald Cox and Karen Harju.
He is survived by: his daughter Caitlynn Sleight (Robert); his grandchildren, Lane, Hadleigh, Hazel and Lorelei Sleight; and his siblings, John Cox (Debbie) and Michelle LaBar (Dana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge (301 E Jefferson St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
