He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth G. Cook and Mary M. Cook (Riski); his stepson Terry J. Mahrle; his brothers, Duane Cook and Daniel Cook; and his sister-in-law Eileen Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Warman; his former wife Nancy Moore Gallant; his children, Craig Cook (Chris) of Battle Creek, MI, Kirk Cook (Anita) of Ceresco, MI, Carrie Haley (Mick) of Austin, TX and Rita LaLonde Green; his grandson Neil Cook of Battle Creek, MI; his stepchildren, Timothy G. Mahrle (Sherrie) of Marshall, MI, Gregory Mahrle of Traverse City, MI and Julie Bowers (Jason Roberts) of Marshall, MI; his grandchildren, Hunter, Halie, Ava, Carter, Christopher, Elizabeth, Emily, Sarah, Sadie, Sophia, Jacob and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Harley, Hazel, Kinzley, Cohan, Emma, Allison, Eloise, Sylvia and James; and his siblings, Donald Cook of Marshall, MI, Dennis Cook of Marshall, MI, Douglas Cook (Susan) of Homer, MI and Doreen Misener (Robert) of Marshall, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
