He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Prior and Marcella Prior (Kelly); and his wife Margaret Jackson. He is survived by: his sister Lynn A. Prior of Orwell, Ohio; his children, James Prior (Heidi) and Kathryn "Cassie" Smith (Scott); his grandchildren, Brittany Kennedy (Paul), Grant Prior, Matthew Smith (Kristin), Christopher Smith, Jacob Smith (Molly), Kathryn Smith and Alexandra Smith; his great grandchildren, Emma and Scott Smith; his children, Mike Romans (Linda) and Michelle Romans (Doug); and his grandsons, Daniel and Nathan Romans.
