He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Sprague and Merciel Sprague; his wife Nancy; and his brother Joseph Stanley. He is survived by: his sister Laura Miller; his son David II; his daughter-in-law Tina Sprague; and his grandsons, Patrick, Mark, Adam and John Luke.
