He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Strong and Ruthe Strong; and his siblings, Doug, Dan and Brenda.
He is survived by: his sons, David, Joshua and Shane; Bruce and James. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
