He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Lucian Willison and June Evelyn Long (Mays); and his brother Bob Willison. He is survived by: his wife Karol Willison; his children, Barbara Michael (Jamie), Angela Freeland and Michael Willison; his stepchildren, Teresa Blowers (Brad), Stacey Lyle (Ty) and Nicholas Burk (Brandy Bruno); his siblings, Debbie Olmstead (Mark), Bill Willison (Marie) and Butch Bennett (Barb); and his sister-in-law Velma Willison. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
