She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Worthington; her brothers, Ron, Kenneth Jr. and William Worthington; her grandchildren, Kayla, Justina, Kendrick, Markus, Mahayla Worthington and Richard Frantz II; her siblings' children, Talona Vasquez, Angie Bernal and Valerie Worthington; her close friend Hellen; Kenneth, Samuel, Kristopher and Matthew Worthington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home to assist family with funeral expenses.
