Deborah Owen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Owen of Battle Creek, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Everett and Carlene Everett; and her siblings, Cheryl Souza and Richard Everett. She is survived by: her children, John Owen (Beth) and Kristina Otis (Ray); her grandchildren, Spencer Schaub (Jazmin), Madyson Owen, Logan Owen and Allison Otis; her great grandchild Harrison Schaub; and her brother John Everett (Mickey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service (375 W Dickman Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Debbie's memory, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause that was meaningful to her and supported research, advocacy, and care for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
