He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Warren and Frances Warren (Holtom); his wife Becky Warren (Markos); his daughter Vicki Decker; and his siblings, Bob Warren, Jack Warren, Tom Warren, Aleatha Mann, Jean Cole and Darlene Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Tebo (Larry); his grandchildren, Dominick Decker (Erin Mitryzck), Shaylynn and Colton Tebo; and his brother Bill Warren (Jan).
