He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland J. Myers and Audrey Elsie May Myers (Burns). He is survived by: his wife Denise Callender; his daughters, Laurie O'Boyle (Wade) and Angela Myers; his grandchildren, Claire, Lyle O'Boyle, Wil Frederick and Hawkins RJ; and his sister Terri Christensen of Crossville, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and much-loved relatives.
