She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Carl and Rolene Blossom Case (Houts); her husband Leon VanMiddlesworth; her children, Jon (Janette) and Rosemary Bernath (Chuck); her grandchildren, Jonathan VanMiddlesworth (Sabrina Wise), Easton, Owen Baker, Levi Bernath (Heather), Annabelle, Gabby, Ben Bernath, Jenessa Bowers (Paul), Jada, Jaris Smith, Vallon and Roan Bowers; and her pets, Poochie, Kudo, Oprah and Kee Kee Cat.
