He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Conklin Dolph; his parents, Norman Justice Dolph and Ruby Gifford Dolph; and his siblings, Joyce Hill, Barbara Bradford and Marion DeBois.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Dishman (David), Mary McJunkin (Russell) and Durrell Dolph (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, David C. Dishman (Heidi), Norman Dishman (Mindy), Nicole Rallo (Michael), Christopher Camacho (Valerie), Mackenzi Semans, Madison Semans and Nicholas Dolph (Lindsay). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
