He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Smith and JoAnn Smith (McFalls); his former wife Debbie Smith; and his sister Sherry. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Smith; his children, Doug Smith, Logan Mulder, Dominick Perry, Brandon Addiss, Heather Mulder, Rebecca Clemons, April Belcher and Jessica McCann; and his siblings, Paul Smith (Natalie), Bill Smith (Lisa), Johnnie Smith, Steve Miller, Trish Pletcher (Scott), Ashley Smith, Kalee Smith, Kelly Burton and Kelly Vance Sara Miller. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
