She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnston and Mary Emily Johnston; her husband Roger Hodgden; her siblings, Hamilton Johnston, Olive (David McCrabbe) and Aubrey (Ida Johnston); and her brother-in-law George Sayers.
She is survived by: her sister Beatrice Sayers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
