He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Paul Garges and Elizabeth Beulah House (Baird); his son Edwin Frederick Garges Jr.; his wife Elenora "Patty" Garges; and his son Mark Craig Louie Garges.
He is survived by: his child Dessa M. Garges-Kibby; his granddaughter Jamie Kibby (Ryan); his great grandchild Holly Marie; and his siblings, William H. Garges and E. JoAnn Kloack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends of several years.
