He was predeceased by : his parents Roy L. Shive and Anna V. (Shiltz) Shive of Canton, Ohio, his brothers, Donald L. Shive of Shawneetown, IL, and James Shive of Chicago, IL and his sisterJoyce Vignon of Hermitage, TN. He is survived by : his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Eunice Shive of Battle Creek, MI.; and his grandchildren, Suzy of Battle Creek, Corey McMeekan of Battle Creek, Steven Murray of Battle Creek, Anastasia Melvin of Battle Creek, Jeffery Shive of Battle Creek, T. J. and Lyanna. He is also survived by his sister Doris Kell of Owings Mills, MD and his brother William Shive of Alameda, CA and many nieces and nephews.
