She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rook and Lea Rook (Poston); her husband Darwin F. Mason; her grandson Jeffery Jones; and her close friend Kathleen M. Barry.
She is survived by: her children, Bradley Misner (Honorine) of Danville, CA, Allison Jones (Doug) of Battle Creek, Michelle Smith (Jim) of Dowagiac and Marcy Shinrock (Andy) of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Alan Jones (Mae), Matthew Jones (Matthew Stark), David Jones (Lauren Hawkins), Mason, Olivia, Griffin Shinrock, Darcy Soule (Jacob) and Madeleine Misner; her great grandchildren, Ellorie, Memphis Soule, Aleese and Scotlynne Jones; her sisters, Jan McKay and Polly Sanchez; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Remaley and Ann Wheeler.
