He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas White and Florence White; and his wife Joyce Ann Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri Cutter, Brenda Marshall (Dennis) and Cindi Brown; and his grandson Bryan Cutter (Crystal).
