He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Wortz (Mercer); his sons, Jeremy Wortz (Renae) and Joshua Wortz (Amber); his grandchildren, Brayden, Ava, Elliott and Matilda; and his brothers, Dennis Wortz (Denise), Dale Wortz (Jan), Dr. Terry Wortz (Renee) and Jeffrey Wortz.
