He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Webb and Mattie Webb (Mooneyham); his wife Judy Lynn Webb; and his siblings, Wanda Douglas, Joyce Randall, Bill Jo Webb and Betty Denton.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Webb (Shannon) and Jason Webb; his grandchildren, Donny Kyre, Logan Kyre and Cameron Webb; and his close friends, Janet Moon and Ruth Goheen.
