She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl D. Mayberry and Verna Dell Mayberry (Hackley); her former husband Edward Mack; and her siblings, Patricia Nunnally (Mayberry), Sandra Green (Mayberry), Gloria Nunnally (Mayberry) and Carl Mayberry (Robert).
She is survived by: her cousin Michelle Dancer; her friend Margaret Dungey (Myrna Beimers); her nieces and nephews, Susan McCall (Nunnally), Courtney Evans and Mason Evans; her cousin Tyler Dancer; her sons, Dorian S. Evans (Arizona) and Darrell S. Evans (Florida); her brother Gary W. Mayberry (New Mexico); and her grandchildren, Aaron Reck (Illinois), Courtney Griffioen (Georgia) and Sydney Griffioen (Georgia).
