He is survived by: his father Wenceslado Salinas; his wife Marcella Salinas (Sanchez) of Battle Creek; his children, Santiago Salinas (Norma) and Cynthia Wiescholek (Dylan); his grandchildren, Penelope, Sophie and Luke; his sister Sandy Salinas; his nephew James Dylan Cruz; and his brother Eloy Salinas.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (5561 Morgan Rd E, Battle Creek, MI 49037).
