It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Martha Paul of Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Trine (Carl) and Carrall B. Allen; her son Todd C. Austin; her daughter-in-law Jane M. Austin; her great grandchild Jordyn Pittman; her brother David Allen; and her sons, Jeffrey Cox and Michael B. Paul.
She is survived by: her aunt Ruth Hallack; her husband Melvin; her siblings, Virginia Allen of Grand Rapids and Michael Kilgus of St Louis, MO; her sons, Kevin P. Austin of Denver, Shaun M. Dawson (Emily), Melvin L. Paul Jr. of Tustin, CA and Kerry Paul (Kip); her aunt Ruth Hallock; and her daughters, Tasha Cruz, Rochelle Paul Seals (Amari) of Grand Rapids, Talia Paul Parks (Jamar) of Detroit, MI and Leslie Paul Wieczorek (Mark). She is also survived by grandchildren, 24+ great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
