He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Ann Hayes. He is survived by: his former wife Tonya Hoogakker Everhart; his daughter Bailey Everhart; the mother of his child Tonya; his siblings, Jerry Everhart, T. R. Everhart (Rita), Mark Everhart and Dolly Shepard (Allan); his father-in-law Joe Kitchen; and his brother-in-law Jim Hayes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
