He was predeceased by: his parents, David Calvin and Margaret Louise Eubank (Bradley); his wife Jackie; and his siblings, Howard, Gordon and Lavonne.
He is survived by: his children, Dave (Brenda) of Battle Creek, Becci (Jeff Pierce) of Battle Creek, Terri Lynn (Michael) of Marshall and John (Barb) of Holland, OH. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren; his twenty-three great-grandchildren.
