He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rowe and Margaret Rowe; his daughter Cynthia Rowe; and his siblings, Donald, Thomas Rowe and Mary Jane Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rowe; his daughter Tamara Rowe of Rockford, MI; and his sister Shirley Ferguson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
