She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund "Ted" Armstrong and Jeanne Armstrong (Hammond); her sister Joan Goodale; and her in-law Bessie Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Carlos Arnold Ramsey; her daughters, Karla and Kim; and her grandchildren, Josh and Maeve.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan, the Bedford Masonic Temple or the Bedford Chapter # 471 Order of the Eastern Star.
