He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arthur Klos and Priscilla Johnston Klos; and his brother Kirk Klos. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn B. Klos; his daughters, Samantha E. Klos and Katelyn B. Klos; and his brothers, Thomas A. Klos II and Aric W. Klos.
