He is survived by: his mother Karen Y. Simmons; his siblings, Kelly Fields (Missie) and Julianne Christianson (Anders); his children, Jordan Fields (Mckayla), Dominick Fields, Bryce Fields (Kalli) and Andre Fields (Emily); and his grandchildren, Aaliyah Fields, A'lani Fields and Tatum Fields. He is also survived by his siblings; his sons and grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
