She was predeceased by: her parent Ionia Mallett. She is survived by: her husband James Powell; her sons, John Harrison and Kevin Powell; her grandson Michael Shelton; her great grandchild Alexis; her daughter Ramona White; and her close friend Mary Pat Harter.
