He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hoffman and Marie Hoffman (Clark); and his sister Bonnie Rocco. He is survived by: his wife Norma Hoffman (Banfield); his children, Michael Hoffman (Holly), Heather Hoffman and Darek Hoffman (Tara); his grandchildren, Hunter Hoffman (Angie), Bailey Campbell (Tyler), Ceil Hoffman and Hugo Hoffman; his great grandchild Clark Campbell; and his close friends, Roger Shreve (Marilyn), Dick O'Dell (Martha) and Steve Washburn (Theresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
