He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Wohlscheid and Viola V. Wohlscheid (Blough); his siblings, John Wohlscheid, Ruth Newton, Joanne Howard and Pat Temcoff (Cranson); and his children, Lori, Kim and Tim Wohlscheid.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wohlscheid (Symons); his son Michael Wohlscheid; his nephew Tony Newton; and his stepdaughters, Sheryl Bauman and Roxanne Harris. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
