Smith (Battle Creek, Michigan), born in Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henderson and Stella Thurman (George Smith Sr.); her siblings, Eulah Hall, Buelah Rothwell, J. U. Henderson, Lula Williams, Elsie Henderson, Charles Henderson and Virginia McBride; and her grandson Zachary Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Smith of Battle Creek, Lisa Dove (Dale) of Springfield, MI, Denise Phillips of Battle Creek and George Smith Jr. of Battle Creek. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
