He is survived by: his girlfriend Tracy Piller; his former wife Mary Damon-Wallace; his children, Lloyd Michael Wallace, Courtney Wallace, Shailynne Wallace, Zoey Blakesley and Daphne Blakesley; his siblings, Jennifer Rivera, Bill Brown, Donna Kornmeyer, Laurrie Talbert and Don Wallace; and his grandchildren, Dallas Seivert and Macklyn Seivert.
