He is survived by: his wife Peggy Spells (Askew); his children, Rebekkah Spells Pulver (Michael), Sarah Hardin (Calvin) and Faith Burchett (Jordan); his grandchildren, Hannah Green (Michael), Hailey Peguero, Lauren Peguero, Makayla Pulver, Ethan Hardin, Brooklyn Burchett and Jordan Burchett; his great grandchildren, Michael, Colson and Nova Green; his sister Betty Hardy; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Askew (Tom Rugg) and Melody Askew; his nieces and nephews, Jerry Askew (Shannon), Bilinda Wood, Brian Spells, Mike Bradford, Larry Bradford, Gordon Dornan, Nellie Dornan, Karen Burrows and Denise Beltz; and his friends, Susan Lopshire and Jo Britanyak.
