He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rupp and Amanda Rupp (Lederman); his children, Douglas and Carla; and his brothers, Walter Jr. and Robert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gene and Karen (Hoag); his wife Joyce Rupp (Coote); his children, Tammy Warren (Martin), Thomas Rupp (Meera) and Timothy Rupp (Michelle); his grandchildren, Amy Tyson (Kenny), Susie Hazelwood (James), Andrew Warren, Emily, Spencer, Ava, Teo and Isa Rupp; and his great grandchildren, Haley Richards (Zachary), Nicholas Tyson, Lydia and Faith Hazelwood. He is also survived by his wife, and 3 children.
