Marilyn Joy Van Dis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2022, at the age of 89, Marilyn Joy Van Dis of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Ames, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edyth Byram (Tegland) and Harold M. Byram; her husband Neil; her sister Barbara Lasala of Northridge, California; her sons, Robert N. Van Dis (Linda) of Kalamazoo, Richard H. Van Dis (Bree) of Traverse City and Jeffrey M. Van Dis (Lara) of Battle Creek; and her grandchildren, Chelsey, Matthew, Ashley, Kerry, Erik, Samantha, Jacob and Claire. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
