He was predeceased by: his father Mark Allan Perkins; and his sister Anastassia Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Fern Perkins (Young); his children, Mark Perkins III and Aliyah Perkins; his brother Tyler Perkins; his niece Kyia Anderson; and his nephew Ramir Jones.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to go towards funeral expenses.
