He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Closs and Codling; his aunt Alice; his uncle Edmond Plasczyk; and his in-laws, Gaylen and Emma Gilcher.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Robinson; his children, Luke W Robinson (Heather) and Chelsea Fraley (Austin); his grandson John W Robinson; and his aunt Geraldine Codling. He is also survived by extended family, including cousins in Texas and many nieces and nephews.
