She was predeceased by: her parents, DeWitt Chism and Leona Clara Chism (Lungren); her siblings, Earl Chism and Becky Neulieb (Chism); and her son Jason Steffen.
She is survived by: her brother George Chism (Maureen) of Michigan City, IN; her sibling's children, Nicole Neulieb (Chelsea) of Indianapolis, IN and Keith Chism of Greer, SC; and her son Billy Steffen (Jamie) of Michigan City, IN. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
