He is survived by: his father Kenneth "Ken" Johnson (Corrine); his wife Lori Perry; his daughters, Ashlee Johnson (David Mitchell), Ericka Markos and Jana Hoffman (Cody); his grandchildren, Brixton Hoffman, Cashton Markos, Nori Hoffman, Royal Mitchell, Jovi Hoffman and Jude Hoffman; his siblings, Scott Johnson (Sheri) and Jill Petersen (Eric); his brother-in-law Rick Grise; and his siblings' children, Jeff Johnson, Grant Petersen, Ryne Petersen, Chelsey Smith (Travis) and Samantha Grise.
