He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wayne and Agnes Anna Wallace (Kohlhoff); and his brother James Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Barber; his daughters, Mariya Wallace, Kirstin York (Jason) and Bethany Curtis (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Lia, Nathaniel and Micah; and his sister Karen Tussing (Howard). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
