He is survived by: his mother Sally Olsen; his wife Stacey Olsen; his grandchildren, Emery and Milo; his daughters, Alexa, Gabrielle, Madison and Savannah; his grandfather Paul Keenan; his mother-in-law Judy Parlier; his brothers, Matthew and Mark Hames; and his siblings' children, Sally, Payton, Allen and Camden.
