It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myrtle Kate Moore of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Marion, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wister Parks and Virgie Parks (Fowler); her husband Roy; her son Roy David Moore; and her siblings, Mildred Parks and James Parks.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Jones (KC); her grandchildren, Tricia Kidder (Bob), Jerimiah Jones (Mariella) and Nathan Jones (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Kelcy Kidder, Tanner Kidder (Jess), Hunter Jones, Harmony Jones and Lily Jones; her sisters, Charlotte Davis and Jean Sheets; and her nephew Timothy Kerns.

Memorial donations may be made to the Rhema Word Outreach Center.
