She is survived by: her daughter Mia Smith; her parents, Mike Bond (Linda) and Kim Stout; her boyfriend Jim Lambrich; her brother Patrick Bond; her grandmother Pat Bond; her aunts, Shawn Williams (Pat), Salli Smith (Mike) and Kalli Inman (Steve); and her cousins, Tim McAllister (Barb), Jake Smith (Blaire), Jeremiah Smith (Shannon), Courtney Zaguskin (Mark), Cameron Pierce (Desi), Megan Dziewicki (Robert) and Matthew Inman (Erica).
