It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Edward Murphy of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Murphy and Mildred Murphy (Pichner); and his son Brian Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Murphy of Luke's Catholic Church; his daughters, Kathleen Askler (Andrew) and Maureen Murphy; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Askler, McKenzie Askler, Alyssa Askler, Elaine Broadwell, Pauline McKinley and Brian Murphy, Jr.; and his sister Connie Middleton (Charles). He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.

Memorial tributes may be made to St. Jerome Catholic Church (229 Collier Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49017).
