He is survived by: his wife Ellen Smith; his sisters, Julie Kibby (Byron) and Connie Smith; his son Jeff Otto; his grandson Korbin Otto; and his nieces and nephews, Jessie (Shane) and Darcy (Jon). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
