In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Phillip Patrick leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Phillip Patrick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Hurst and Mary Hurst (Cox); and his siblings, Tom Hurst and Mary Frances "Frannie" Martin. He is survived by: his wife Johanna Karaba; and his children, Martha Kuehle (Gary Perkins) of Gainesville, VA, Sarah Behnke of Battle Creek, Patrick Hurst of Wilmington, DE and Paul Hurst of Battle Creek. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care (105 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017).
